Penny’s Pub is Moose Creek Ranch’s restaurant and bar, open daily in Teton Valley. We serve Neapolitan-style pizzas, fresh salads, soft serve ice cream, and cold drinks — made with local and regional ingredients, served best on the lawn or by the fire.
Our pizza dough ferments for up to three days for a lighter crust, better flavor, and those blistered bubbles you only get from a proper pizza oven. Idaho whole wheat flour, greens from down the road, local producers whenever we can find them.

Our bar features 6 local taps, regional wines, canned cocktails, and your favorite team playing on the big screen.
But Penny’s Pub is more than just a place to eat. We’re creating an experience that matches the setting. You’re invited to sit, stay, and relax under a tree, near the fire, or around a picnic table. While food is served quickly once ready, the overall culture here is about slowing down. One of the best parts about dining at Penny’s is the convenience. Once you’re here, there’s no need to leave. Everything you need for a perfect meal is right here on the property.
Our unofficial greeter
Meet Penny
Our pub’s namesake and unofficial greeter, Penny is a Great Pyrenees with deep roots in the valley. She comes from a long line of guardian dogs raised on the Siddoway sheep ranch, but these days, she prefers patrolling Moose Creek Ranch, especially when there’s pizza
(or children with snacks).
Penny isn’t technically ours (she belongs to a neighbor up the road) but she’s been a regular at the ranch for years. Guests often spot her lounging near the porch, tail wagging, fur floating in the breeze, waiting for a friendly hello (or a bite of your sandwich). She’s calm, polite, and gentle, even with dogs who forget whose turf they’ve wandered onto. And while she sheds like crazy, we think of her fur as a souvenir you didn’t know you needed.
Penny’s part of the landscape here. Like the creek, the cottonwoods, and the open sky, she’s just always around. And Moose Creek wouldn’t be the same without her.
