Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

East Side, Summer Bound

When the snow clears, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort opens its full vertical to hikers and riders instead of skiers. The Aerial Tram still runs, carrying guests 4,139 feet to the summit of Rendezvous Mountain for hiking trails through wildflower meadows and views that reach into Grand Teton National Park. Below, the bike park holds miles of lift-served downhill trails alongside the valley’s Via Ferrata routes and a scattering of family activities at the base. It’s the same terrain that draws skiers all winter, given over to a different kind of adventure.
