Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

East of the Divide

On the east side of the Tetons, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort holds the largest vertical drop in the country — 4,139 feet from summit to base, carried by an aerial tram, two gondolas, and a lift system built for a mountain this size. Terrain runs the full range, from wide groomers suited to first-timers to the exposed lines and couloirs the resort is known for, Corbet’s among them. It’s Teton Village at the base and open country above it, with Jackson’s town square just down the road when the day is done.
