When is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Is there cell service at the ranch?
Cell service can be limited in the Teton Valley area. We have complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the ranch property for guests.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our Queen Twin Cabins for a $50/pet/night fee. Pets are also allowed in our RV & Campsites for no additional charge. Pets are not to be left unattended during your adventures, and should always remain on leash on the property. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly. Leashed dogs are also welcome on the lawn at Penny’s Pub.
How far is the ranch from Jackson Hole?
Moose Creek Ranch is located approximately 30 minutes from Jackson, Wyoming, just over Teton Pass. The scenic drive is one of the most beautiful in the region.
What activities are available during winter?
Winter at the ranch offers world-class skiing at Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing (complimentary rentals for our guests). The pub stays warm and cozy year-round.
What is included in our stay?
A guests receive complimentary breakfast, creekside sauna and cold plunge access, 24/hour lodge & lounge access, firewood at our fire pits, wifi, lawn games, laundry, ice and on-site parking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days before your arrival are fully refundable, minus a 5% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are nonrefundable.
What is the resort fee?
The resort fee is a 16% fee attached to all reservations that helps us cover our amenities and keep the ranch and safe for all to enjoy!
What activities are available in the summer?
Horseback rides (mid-May through mid-October), e-bike rentals, creek side sauna and cold plunge access, on-site restaurant, occasional live music, yard games, bonfires, relax, hike, bird watch, quality time with loved ones/family, and endless world class recreation within a 20 minute drive.
How far are we from Yellowstone National Park?
We are 1.5 hours from the South Entrance and 2 hours from the West Entrance.
How far are we from Grand Teton National Park?
We are located 30 minutes from the Granite Canyon Entrance, just past Teton Village and 45 m minutes from the entrance north of Jackson.
How far are we from Jackson Hole?
We are about 25 miles from Jackson Hole, just on the other side of the pass.
Where are the closes restaurants/grocery stores?
We are a few minutes from downtown Victor which offers multiple restaurants, markets, and gas stations. About 15 minutes down the road, the town of Driggs offers a large grocery store and more restaurants.
