No Minumum Stay Requirement!

Due to the short high-seasons and our small size, 50% deposit is necessary at time of booking, refundable if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. After 30 days, your deposit is refundable if we are able to re-book. We recommend that if you think that your plans might change that you consider travel insurance.

50% of your rental charges are required to hold your reservation.

Pets are welcome. We have set aside the house and four cabins as pet friendly and in order to provide cabins for our friends that are pet allergy sufferers, we will charge $100.00 if you have violated our pet free cabins policy in a non-designated cabin. We ask that you clean up after your pet while visiting us and keep them on leash at all times and do not leave them alone in the cabins. There is a $20.00 fee for your pet to stay with us and a refundable $100.00 deposit, refunded 24 hours after we are able to inspect the room. We like your pets but want to make a clear understanding of our responsibilities and yours.

Moose Creek Ranch can accommodate your horses for overnight boarding.

There is lots of room for kids to run in our large grassy areas. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children while at the property.

Check-in time is 11am. Check-out time is 3pm.
